If so, this position is tailor made for you! Our client is in search of a highly organised and customer-focused individual to spearhead their Sales Support team as a Customer Service Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to B2B partners while supporting their B2C e-commerce platform. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the sales support team to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction across both B2B and B2C sectors. Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to timely delivery, catering to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert assistance and swiftly resolving any concerns. Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive growth and success across all channels. Conduct thorough quality checks on outgoing orders and leverage customer feedback to continually enhance operational processes. Identify and seize opportunities to streamline operations, elevate efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Generate comprehensive reports on sales metrics and customer feedback to evaluate performance and drive strategic decision-making. Manage customer review platforms and nurture positive relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations. Play a key role in budget planning and management for the sales support office, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in customer service management, sales support, or operations management, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. While a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing is advantageous, it's not essential, provided you possess the requisite experience and skills.
