Responsibilities Include
• Utilizing KW's proven systems and models for networking and prospecting.
• Showing properties and assisting home buyers through the purchasing process.
• Marketing properties and guiding home sellers through the selling process.
• Managing phone duty to handle new business inquiries.
• Negotiating contracts and facilitating sales transactions.
• Hosting open house events and engaging in team-building activities.
• Contributing to business development and sales management efforts.
Detailed Duties
• Develop property listings through rapport-building and engaging with potential sellers.
• Assess properties and recommend improvements to enhance their marketability.
• Coordinate with appraisers to determine appropriate selling prices and finalize contracts.
• Cultivate buyer leads through community engagement, advertising, and responding to inquiries.
• Facilitate sales transactions by understanding buyers' needs, demonstrating property benefits, and negotiating offers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and property listings through continuous learning and networking opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary Range: $83,685.00 - $97,788.00 per year
