As a Community Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and private contractors engaged with Homeowner, Condominium, Townhome, and Property Owners Associations. We're seeking an individual with a positive attitude, boundless energy, and a dedication to teamwork. Flexibility, self-motivation, and a knack for resolving homeowner issues diplomatically are crucial attributes. Previous experience in property management or community associations and relevant certifications would be advantageous. Proficiency in organizational skills and computer systems is a must, as we leverage cutting-edge management systems and expect you to adapt seamlessly to new technologies.
