TAPROOM STAFF: POSITION OUTCOMES
• Teamwork, Leadership, & Communication
• Add value to the team each time you are on a shift.
• Pick up in areas where other teammates need help.
• Be always mentally and physically present while clocked in
• Lead by example by performing all duties the correct way every time, even when no one is watching.
• Communicate with other members of the team if you leave your post, if you need help, or if you are doing anything not explicitly stated in your role.
• Always communicate politely and respectfully.
• Taproom and CCBC Education
• Engage with all educational resources.
• Engage with all customers you come into contact within a positive way to add to educate and excite.
• Become a Cicerone Certified Server within 3 months of acquiring the position. The necessary training and cost of the exam are provided for by CCBC.

• Be kind, authentic, and professional while interacting with customers.
• Go above and beyond to make each customer's visit memorable and positive.
• Maintain a positive attitude while giving excellent customer service to every customer you meet.

Requirements
• Must be 21 or older
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Ability to work in an unfatigued state.
• Ability to accurately gauge lengths of time and distance
• Ability to quickly store and recall instructions in one’s short-term memory.
• Ability to concentrate.
• Ability to cope with sudden changes in surrounding and/or emergency situations and/or alarms.
• Demonstrated caring, committed and concerned attitude about safety.
• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours, maintaining a rigorous pace of activity, including walking the equivalent of ~8-10 miles on a shift
• The ability to lift an object that weights within the range of 20-80 pounds.
