We are actively searching for a W2 - IT Recruiting Team Leader who can manage talent pipelines with our ATS, while recruiting and sourcing candidates to place with our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in #GovCon Tech, recruiting "Cleared Professionals", ultimately supporting the Commercial, Private Industry, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), Cleared, and Federal Customer space.
The position is fully remote and comes with a small base + high commissions + quarterly performance bonuses based on meeting organizational goals.

As a IT Recruiting Team Leader & Principal IT Recruiter you will be primarily responsible for managing our Tech recruiting partners within our ATS, technical sourcing, and recruiting Cleared Tech professionals that must have various levels of security clearances. Please note*** Only occasionally will we have non-cleared tech roles.

Your weekly FOCUS will be:
• Balance your “individual recruiting efforts'' with your “management acumen" of our ATS Tech pipelines in order to drive productivity. In this position you'll balance your overall time throughout the week to be successful. The ideal balance (player/ coach) should range somewhere between a 60/40 split to 80/20 split.
• Increase team productivity through leadership techniques and management tactics, drive the recruitment process through leveraging our ATS to communicate with our recruiting partners who are 1099 Independent Contractors..
• Sourcing, recruiting, and screening "cleared and non-cleared" Information Technology professionals such as Engineers, Developers, Architects, and Data Scientists for the most part; while building an effective pipeline of highly qualified professionals with security clearances.
• Creating, Building and Maintaining candidate relationships with active and passive candidates. We will assign you primary and secondary roles and methods to be successful.
• Communicating and displaying your social recruiting expertise to both our virtual & digital audiences. Proactively using social media and other open source platforms for recruitment marketing purposes. Ex. Google X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Dribble, Reddit, Discord, Slack, Telegram ect...
• Attending team awareness meetings to collaborate and dialogue on what's next.
This opportunity comes with a small base salary and the commissions from your placements and teams placements are uncapped. Massive earnings with tremendous potential for financial growth!

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of Technical full-cycle recruiting experience of Information Technology/ Tech/ Cyber, in both cleared and non-cleared professionals with security clearances.
• 6+ years of Leadership & Management experience in a Tech GovCon Recruiting type of capacity (preferred).
• Has a deep understanding of Security Clearances, the Cleared Talent space, and the differences and nuances associated with each, including renewals and expiration.
• Knows about each of the various levels of clearances: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI-FSP), Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Polygraph (TS/SCI-CIP), Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph (TS/SCI-P), Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI), Top Secret (TS), Secret (S), Confidential, and Public Trusts.
• Has recruiting & sourcing tools at disposal. Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospect, recruit, and network with candidates.
• Understands recruiting within the IT vertical of Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cyber Security professionals.
• Understands open source sourcing methods, and has recruiting & sourcing tools at disposal. Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospecting, recruit, and network for clients and candidates
• Is a US Citizen.
• Has an understanding of the warfighter community, military community, is a military veteran, servicemember, military spouse, or military advocate.
• Is comfortable in a competitive environment and willing to build relationships across the organization to enhance the workplace.
• Experience with building sourcing strategies and practicing deep online research.
• Understands and conducts various Boolean search practices.
• A hunger to learn and be a part of team meetings and work cross functionally.
• Has previously demonstrated building strong relationships with business professionals.
• Approaches work with an organized and positive mindset, manages competing priorities, and deadlines proactively.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with team members, stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire experience.
• Has a strong work ethic. Works independently and is responsible and accountable for personal and organizational goals.
• Proficient with the use of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Chat App Etc.)
