HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
As Sales Support Specialist, you will be a critical link between outside sales and the internal processes of handling all quotes, processing of orders, purchasing, production, customer service and CRM maintenance. This position will also manage a list of customers as their own to grow.
• Processing of customer orders hand-in-hand with production
• Monitor the status of customer orders and ensuring ship date is met
• Handle communication directly with customer ensuring a high customer service level
• Become an expert on internal order management system and our CRM application
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, order management and administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft applications, CRM, Order Management systems
• Spanish is a plus
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Required Competencies):
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
