We are seeking a skilled and professional dental hygienist to join our team. As a dental hygienist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients' oral health and hygiene needs are met. You will work closely with our dentists to provide top-quality dental care to our patients. This position is part time for Tuesday and Wednesdays only.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and oral examinations.
- Take and develop dental x-rays.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
- Maintain and sterilize dental equipment.
- Document patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Active Dental Hygiene License.
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
- In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.
- Familiarity with dental software and technology.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.
