If you are a Companion that wants to move to the next level of caregiving, we do offer a Personal Care Aide online program for employees. (Restrictions Apply). We can discuss this with you at your interview.
Requirements for Employment:
1. Pass a background check
2. Pass a drug screening including marijuana
3. Valid driver’s license
4. Access to a vehicle during available work times. (Proof of Auto Insurance Required)
5. 4 excellent references from people that have witnessed you caregiving
6. Willingness to drive a 25 mile radius from the office to client’s homes
So what’s the next step?
1. Fill out the Indeed preliminary application
2. We will email/ text you a link to our company website so you can fill out the Visiting Angels application
3. Once we have the application, an interview will be set up for you with our Officer Coordinator, Stacy Phillips
4. Orientation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
• Completion bonus
• Overtime pay
Weekly schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Have you been convicted of a State criminal charge (misdemeanor or felony) in or outside the Commonwealth of Virginia or have been convicted of a Federal criminal charge (misdemeanor or felony)?
Experience:
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required)
Shift availability:
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
