Summary of Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Analyst to join our team in either our High Point, NC or Martinsville, VA location. The position requires a strong understanding of data management principles, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of end-to-end processes to analyze, cleanse, and improve enterprise data for efficient information flow between users, departments, and systems. This role will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our enterprise data while also supporting all data-related needs of the different organizational functions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and maintain enterprise data records in SAP and Dynamics 365 systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Data elements may include materials, customers, vendors, pricing, sales reps, commissions, rebates, and others.
• Support different areas of the organization with their enterprise data inquiries, issue resolution, and overall assistance as it pertains to data records and information workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, etc.) to identify data requirements, analyze process implications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Help develop and implement best practice data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and solve data-related issues, troubleshoot errors, and propose solutions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and enterprise data quality/compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within enterprise data management processes. Collaborate with internal teams to implement such opportunities.
• Support data migration projects, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on enterprise data processes and best practices.
• Create and maintain all Business Process Procedure (BPP) documentation for enterprise data transactions.
• Provide audit support and documentation as requested by internal/external auditors.
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree a Business-related field or equivalent Business work experience
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise data management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics 365 (D365), or similar ERP systems. EDI experience would be a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude, consistently focusing on solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of general process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to change/learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies in the field of data management.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools to advocate for the adoption of AI applications, seeking to enhance the company’s data management practices and business processes.

Work Environment
This role is a full-time hybrid position based out of our High Point, NC or Martinsville, VA offices, with trips between the offices expected on a regular basis. Occasional travel to our other office locations is expected, including domestic travel to Georgia and California, as well as international travel to Vietnam.
