• Office Administration Customer Support
• St. Peter, MN
• Full-Time, Monday – Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week 8:30am – 5pm
Who We Are- Together with our 15 dedicated support staff, our team at Swine Vet Center has 16 highly skilled swine veterinarians with more than 180 years of practical experience. Swine Vet Center is committed to putting our clients first and “doing what’s right for the pig.” We are also at the forefront of swine research, conducting trials on our four wean-to-finish sites with more than 10,000 head to evaluate new health, nutrition and genetic programs. Today we are spread over many states to assist in producing safe, nutritious, delicious and sustainable pork while maintaining the highest standards for herd health and animal welfare.

Typical Day in the Life- A typical day as Customer Support in our Ordering Team at Swine Vet Center will likely include the following:
o Communicating effectively over the phone, in-person, and by email, providing excellent customer service to our clients.
o Inventory management including appropriate documentation, such as labels, protocols, and reports.
o Complete data entry accurately and efficiently.
o Fill and label medication orders accurately and timely.
o Assist with routine warehouse projects in a veterinary clinic.
Who You Are
· You consider yourself to be a people person and enjoy interacting with others via phone, email, and in-person.
· You are detail oriented, eager, and willing to assist with routine warehouse projects.
· You are highly proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and other various software packages, having QuickBooks experience is a plus.
· You have experience or familiarity with an agriculture background.
· You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· You are a multi-tasking master, organized, and can prioritize and meet deadlines.
· You have excellent interpersonal skills.
· You have a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
· You consider yourself self-motivated, punctual, reliable and a team player.
· Able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
