We make everything from scratch daily with a focus on using as many local, organic and seasonal products as we can source.
Position Overview
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the bakery and any issues that arise. They will be trained in all aspects of the bakery and work side by side with their staff of bakers to execute daily orders.
Core Responsibilities
· Leading, managing and holding people accountable
· System processes
· Implementation of overall daily culture of the business
· Ordering supplies
· Process weekly orders from accounts
· Scheduling
· Other tasks as needed and assigned
Requirements and Desired Skills
· Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, email
· Very good at leading, managing and holding people accountable
· Positive attitude
· Demonstrates and upholds the core values of the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
