Now hiring full-time experienced landscapers to provide high-quality landscaping services to our customers. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you’ll be responsible for planting, mulching, edging, raking, pruning, and other installation and maintenance duties. Seasonally, you may work in the retail store as needed, especially over the Christmas season. Weekends are required occasionally. Every day is different! Essential functions of the job:
• Experience in landscaping
• A reliable mode of transportation
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Flexible availability
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly over the course of a day
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, etc. as required by the job
• Must be willing and able to work various weather conditions (rain, heat, etc. as long as safe)
• Must be a team player/work well with others

Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly DOE
Responsibilities: • Assist the crew with landscape installation and maintenance
• Assist in our retail shop. This includes arranging plant material, unloading shipments, running deliveries, ringing up customers, shop maintenance, etc
• Cleaning/maintaining bot job site and landscape shop, tools, vehicles etc
• Complete detailed daily reports
• A focus on safety in the field
Qualifications: • Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers
• Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
• An excellent attitude is essential
• Must take direction well and follow all safety guidelines
• Job duties vary widely from day to day
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is preferred
