Description
The August Schell Brewing Company is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to join our Marketing team in New Ulm, MN. This position reports to the Marketing Director and will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to carry out initiatives imperative to the success of our Schells and Grain Belt brands.

Position Responsibilities
Project Management
• Manage project workflows from input to completion (Events, Point of Sale, Digital, Social, Print, Radio, Packaging, etc.).
• Contribute your perspective during creative reviews and theme/event ideation.
• Review and proof projects moving through the team, consolidating feedback from key stakeholders and ensuring creative aligns to brand standards and deliverable dates are met.
• Manage review, approval & handoff process with vendors, ensuring appropriate approvals for specs, colors, copy, layouts, and brand.
• Administrative duties: POs & invoicing, inventory tracking, etc.
Partner/Vendor Management
• Build and maintain relationships with print production vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with event/sponsorship partners.
• Manage POS process with vendor partners, balancing quality, cost, impact, and timing.
Route & Brewery Production Support:
• Manage creative development and printing of signage, banners, and marketing materials to support partners on the local route.
• Manage creative development and printing of tap handle stickers, signage, banners, etc., to support brewery events and BAU operations.
• Event support as needed for Bockfest and Oktoberfest (weekend events)
• Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Competent knowledge of project management methodology.
