Responsibilities Facilitate processes on a daily basis to expedite patient movement within the hospital and to accept new patients in the healthcare system without delay. While collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, and adhering to patient centered care principles, facilitates transfers of patients throughout the organization. Coordinates, prioritizes and optimizes patient flow activities. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
