Job description: NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Long term Sub position for 4th grade ASAP through May 23rd Substitute teacher will be required to provide instruction in ELA and Social Studies to two classes of students QUALIFICATIONS: Required minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Valid SC teaching certification preferred. Experience with Elementary age students is a must. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow instructional plans to meet the needs of all students Provide a well-managed, safe, student-centered environment that is academically challenging and respectful Communicate effectively with students, school personnel, families, and the community Maintain professionalism with demeanor and communication.
