Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding - Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with patient mobility and transfers - Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Experience: - Previous experience as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred - Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as PCC - Experience in patient assessment and monitoring - Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Knowledge of hospice care and end-of-life support - Experience working in nursing homes or medical offices Requirements: - Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holiday pay If you have the required experience and skills, we would love to hear from you.
