Job Description Warehouse Associate As our warehouse Associate, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to support our electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service business. Responsibilities Record and maintain inventory levels. Truck inventory replenishment, process, and accountability. Maintain a computerized purchase order system. Receive goods/materials. Process stock returns and credits. Assist in auditing warehouse and truck inventory. Assist in product and material research for technicians. Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites. Pickup and/or deliver parts to job sites. Assist with truck stock changes/additions. Organize items to company standards. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Manage debris and recycling. Basic building/property maintenance. Control, maintain, and make small repairs on tools and equipment. Requirements Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Quick, sound decision-making abilities. Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. Valid Virginia driver’s license and good driving record. Good attendance record. Drug screen. Background check.
