Requirements: Candidates must meet all local and state regulations to be eligible for this position. Previous experience working with special education students and their families is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Assist students with diverse learning needs in classroom activities and assignments.
• Support students in achieving their educational goals under the guidance of classroom teachers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
• Maintain regular communication with students, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated support for students' needs.
