It’s time to look at Taylor!Your Opportunity: Corporate Graphics Commercial is looking for an Equipment Operator to fill a position on our 2nd shift Finishing team!Your Shift:Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00amOvertime available during busy seasonsYour Responsibilities:Properly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.You Must Have:Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product.Willingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed.Requirements Within This Position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.Frequently required to move inside the facility.Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).We Would Also Prefer:High school diploma or equivalent.Manufacturing or production experience.About Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
