Location: 2881 Monroe Highway, Suite 201, Bogart, GA 30622
Start date for this position will be March 25.
What We Offer:
• Salary between 58 - 75K with a quarterly bonus structure

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Childcare Director to join our esteemed organization in Bogart, Georgia. As the Childcare Director, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for children. Your leadership and guidance will be instrumental in ensuring the center's smooth operations, while providing high-quality care and fostering the holistic development of each child
What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for the childcare center
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and curriculum development
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes children's growth, learning, and development
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community
• Manage the budget, financial resources, and fundraising efforts
• Provide leadership and support to a team of dedicated childcare professionals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and child development research
What You'll Need:
• To have a CDA or a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• The ability to work a rotating schedule between 6:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a licensed childcare facility
• Deep understanding of child development principles, early childhood education, and best practices
• Knowledge of state regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards for childcare centers
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for providing high-quality care and education to children
