Job Summary
Position is responsible for the oversight of all Network Engagement functions for Virginia Premier, including the daily performance of all Network Relations team members. Position will be responsible for delivery of regulatory and organizational requirements of Network Management pertaining to provider education and engagement, and ensuring work unit policies, processes, and training align with regulatory standards. Position will serve as a leadership contact for all network-critical providers. Position will support organizational initiatives to drive provider quality and payment performance. Position requires experience with DMAS, NCQA, and CMS managed care requirements.
