Job Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist will enter data and perform other related duties. Full benefits which include 100% paid medical, dental and vision for self and family; 1- week PTO after 90 days, 401K match up to 3% and many more employee benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Retrieves (imports) and/or exports employer reports and other source files from database daily.
• Verifies incoming reports and obtains missing data.
• Resolves minor processing problems.
• Processes data and reconciles employer reports for multiple funds.
• Identifies report discrepancies and takes appropriate steps to resolve discrepancies.
• Reviews reports for compliance with remittance requirements and communicate with employers regarding delinquencies or discrepancies.
• Supports employers through online remittance processes.
• Provides training for online remittance platform, internally and externally.
• Coordinates system rate updates and associated processes.
• Communicates with account manager, legal counsel and/or Trustees regarding delinquency and discrepancy status.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Proficient in Math (percentages, proration, etc.)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some data entry experience preferred.
