Allegheny Partners is seeking a motivated and reliable Common Area Cleaner for various managed properties located in the Roanoke area. Job can be part time or full time depending on the candidate
Responsibilities
• Cleaning residential and commercial units for new tenants
• Cleaning building common areas and offices
• Tidying parking lots and courtyards

Qualifications
• Ability to work independently while maintaining scheduled work
• Ability to perform all physical activities associated with janitorial work
