We need *Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) *on *Day and **Night Shift *(8 & 12 hr) to join our *Assisted Living* team at *Chesterwood Village* in *West Chester, OH*.
*$25 to $29 Per Hour*
*You'll Be Responsible For:*
* Providing direct LPN nursing care
* Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
* Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions
* Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
*You'll Need To Have:*
* Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
* Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts
* Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
* Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
* Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
* A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
* Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
