Experience as a federal law clerk or in business, complex, or construction litigation preferred, but not required. A candidate should be familiar with handling civil cases from beginning to end, preparing for, and taking depositions, drafting, and arguing motions, attending hearings and trials, possess strong research skills, have experience with varied aspects of legal writings, and be able to move and manage assigned files. Candidates without substantial experience must possess strong academic record and writing skills.
