Our team at Blueridge Vista provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services in a contemporary and healing environment. Located in suburban Cincinnati, our behavioral health hospital specializes in treating symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises and co-occurring detox needs. Utilizing a blend of group therapy and clinical treatment, our center provides a safe, therapeutic space. Our team our highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of build the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into the community.
Our compassionate team members work in a challenging yet rewarding environment where each person is a part of making direct impact to our patient’s lives. Our team members work with our patients to help in the recovery and treatment process to restore to a better quality life through their individual plans, group therapy and overall stay at our facility.
Perks at Work

The Role Itself
The LPN provides routine nursing and personal care for patients. The ideal candidate collaborates daily with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrist, nurses, social workers, mental health technicians and recreational therapist to carry out patient treatment plans.
Essential functions:
• Completes daily nursing assessment on all patients
• Maintains compliance with required documentation
• Medication administration
• Facilitates group education
• Milieu Management
• Completes admission assessment on all new patients
• Provides clinical updates to patient family members
• Crisis intervention
• Communicates with provides regarding patient status
Skills:
• Strong verbal de-escalation skills
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
License/ Education:
• LPN License in the State of Ohio
• Ideal candidate has a background in behavioral health
Shift:
• 7:00AM-7:00PM ( Day Shift)
• 7:00PM-7:00AM ( Night Shift)
