POSITION SUMMARY Reports To: Director of Physician Clinic Summary: Compile, process, and maintain medical records of clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system. Process, maintain, compile, and report patient information for health requirements and standards. Work Schedule: Must be able to work non-standard hours. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience Six months to one year related experience Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility. Basic computer knowledge. Certificates & Licenses N/A Other Requirements Should take no longer than 3 months to become proficient in this position. This position requires constant standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, lifting and carrying 0-10 lbs and pushing and pulling 0-12 lbs.
