Location/Department: Hospital - Laboratory BBK & Hem Experience Responsible for supervising the daily work flow, quality control and maintenance in the laboratory department specific for the Section Leader. Responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting, according to laboratory protocol and procedures. Laboratory IS Section Leader will act as the liaison between the Laboratory and the IS department in daily processes, procedures, and LIS functionality. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the LIS system. Minimum Requirements Associate's Degree or equivalent majoring in Science or a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent majoring in Science. Registered as a MLT / MT by the ASCP. Over three years of experience is required. Skills needed for this position: Laboratory Science Skills.
Salary: $42.9K - $54.4K a year
