Direct Support Professional – Community Living New Horizons is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. A Direct Support Professional will work with the individual(s) to develop skills, practice independence, and explore opportunities while providing support to the individual in their home and in the community. A successful Direct Support Professional will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support. The Direct Support Professional will need to utilize problem solving, time management, and organizational skills while supporting the individual(s) they support.
