Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with activities of daily living according to unique care plans
• Accompany clients on recreation and leisure activities
• Implement individuals plans as written
• Increase independence in the community
• Ability to track and chart data daily in line with company expectations
• Maintain communication with the office staff
• Complete assigned trainings within required time
• Other job related duties as requested
Qualifications:
• Must have a current drivers license with proof of auto insurance
• Pass drug test (including marijuana)
• Pass a background check
• Have availability to help fill shifts
• Be a team player
