Join Dental Care Alliance as an associate through our New Grad Mentorship Program!
You succeeded in school, now it's time to excel in your career. Our one-year New Graduate Mentorship Program allows you to grow to your full potential and continue to become confident and capable doctors over the many years ahead. Through the mentorship of experienced providers and staff, new graduates can expect:

1:1 chairside mentorship with senior clinicians
• Connection opportunities with key opinion leaders within DCA
• Monthly check-in calls with Program Director
• Development of clinical skills and autonomy
• Access to the latest industry technology
• Structured learning through CE courses and live trainings
• Career mobility across our 400+ practices
As a new grad, we understand that transitioning from university to practicing full-time can feel overwhelming. Our program allows you to focus on expanding your skillset and build confidence to provide excellent patient care. Here are some of the skills you can expect to develop through virtual and hands-on experience:

Patient management
• Treatment planning
• Surgical extractions
• Bone grafting
• Advanced removable prosthetics
• Perio Protect™
• Hygiene protocols
• Office management & operations
• Molar endodontics
• Implant placement & restoration
Qualifications:
• 2023 or 2024 DDS/DMD graduate from an accredited dental school
• Pursuing dental license in the state of Virginia
• Desire to grow and expand skillset through provided mentorship
