Job Description: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to patient care. Requirements: Current LPN license in Kentucky (KY) BLS certification. Driver's License Minimum 1 year of experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures. Must be COVID-19 vaccinated. Candidates with Travel Nursing experience are preferred. Candidates with Long Term care experience are preferred.
