Customer Service Representative - ONSITE in Salem, VA - No Remote Work Looking for a part-time position? Magellan is actively recruiting for a full time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Salem, VA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Schedule - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11AM-5PM Opportunity to work additional shifts. Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism. Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers. Maintains an above average attendance record. Follows established standard operating procedures. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma required Prior customer service or call center experience preferred. Can be a team player Can work without direct supervision Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Can work well with medical staff, veterans and elderly Has a good work ethic Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette). Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized. Previous Military encouraged to apply Must be able to pass an extensive background check
Salary: $17.20 an hour
