Location/Department: Brookville Primary/Minor Care & PRN for various other locations. A clinically competent NP who demonstrates expertise in the assessment of the patient, diagnosis and the management of acute medical conditions. Works independently and autonomously with MD collaboration. Provides acute care for diverse populations in a minor care setting. Provider, mentor, educator, and patient advocate. Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree or equivalent majoring in: Advanced Practice Nursing. Licensed as a: APN by Indiana State Board of Nursing and Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by A certifying board of nurse practitioners.
