In this role, you will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and sterilize surgical equipment, arrange operating rooms, and assist during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of surgical procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
