Responsibilities Coordinate external communication calendar and execute tasks when needed Ensure channel alignment (Public marketing messaging is true in sales, operations, and personnel) Content collection (Pictures, videos, stories) and social media interaction when warranted Schedule and create social media postings to represent the internal community Respond to online reviews Complete and/or ensure mailings are completed per plan. Communicate all marketing with staff Complete existing customer marketing by mail, email, and text when needed. Create, order, proofread, and edit marketing material to ensure consistency Maintain business listing and profiles Help develop a marketing plan and budget based on data and results Evaluate, monitor, and report campaign performance Maintain website to ensure accuracy and ensure it is up to date Maintain marketing budget spending levels within the given limits 1-3 years of marketing experience Organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competent in various marketing platforms and practices (Digital, social, and mass media) Self-starter and capable of working independently Analytical skills and reporting Can lift 40lbs Capable of cultivating and sustaining positive professional relationships Must be authorized to work in the US.
