Compensation and Benefits: Our full suite of benefits includes 100% company-paid employee health, dental, and life insurance premiums. Compensation includes a generous sign-on bonus, base salary with 25% production pay (whichever is greater), no negative accrual. No overnights or major holidays! Plus, your birthday is a paid holiday. Our weekly schedules include built-in time for personal and team well-being and development. Up to six weeks of paid parental/adoptive leave. Paid time off so you can maintain a healthy balance of work and personal time.
