Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is hiring a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP) to provide ADHD and Autism testing currently at our Owensboro Clinic. PURPOSE: To provide ADHD and Autism testing to individuals with mental/behavior disorders and/or intellectual disabilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in a behavioral science, special education, or a related field. Must have a valid Kentucky motor vehicle operator’s license and a LPA or LPP license for Kentucky. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to evaluate needs of clients. Knowledge of overall objectives and treatment concepts. Knowledge of rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to the care and treatment mental/behavior disorders and/or intellectually disabled. Good verbal and written skills; patience and flexibility. Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner. An eclectic knowledge base.
