Mark-Taylor is hiring a Technical Training Manager to build and deliver training to our Maintenance and Facilities Technician team members. As the Technical Training Manager, you will work primarily out of our Corporate Office located in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottdale, Arizona. You will travel as needed to our various communities and throughout the Phoenix valley. You're Excited About This Role Because You Will: Partner closely with the Brand and People Excellence Team, Business Leaders, and relevant stakeholders to assess needs, develop learning solutions, and deliver training to improve the performance of leaders, teams, and individuals across the organization, specifically across Facilities and Service. Serve as an instructor/facilitator to deliver engaging programs, courses and/or train-the-trainer, which ensure learning is impactful and personalized, and align with key employee milestones, such as onboarding, career development, leadership, and promotion. Design and develops learning materials, which may include Standard Operating Procedures, Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, PowerPoint presentations, Quick Reference Guides, and Job Aids. Develop and manages learner assessment instruments, maintaining documentation and curriculums, ensuring employees have acquired the necessary abilities post-training. Measure the effectiveness of learning solutions that have been implemented, identifies gaps and opportunities in ongoing curriculums and addresses gaps with creativity and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, internal and external stakeholders for on-going training and development and overall employee engagement and retention efforts. Support the building of structures, policies, and workflows to ensure that all human resources, learning, and development initiatives are impactful and best-in-class. Participate in the implementation of tools and processes related to human resources, training and development initiatives. Participate in various human resources, training and development initiatives and projects as requested. Effectively communicate and drives brand values and philosophy through all human resources, learning, training, and development activities. Coordinate and participates in the implementation of processes and validates adoption through assessment of processes, by conducting and assisting with internal quality audits and action planning. We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working and managing in the Maintenance field, for an organization with field-based operations and teams. Expereince training new team members on Facilities, Maintenance and Service protocols within the Multifamily, Property Management, or other related Facilities Management capacity. Professional presence and ability to communicate professionally at all levels is a must. Passionate about learning, training, and development and possess an incredible customer service and growth mindset. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. OHSA , EPA, CPO and HVAC certifications are highly preferred.
