```Duties:``` - Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications according to prescribed instructions - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing - Follow care plans and communicate any updates or changes to the healthcare team - Assist with mobility and transfers as needed ```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to adapt to different care settings such as assisted living, memory care, or hospice care - Understanding of dementia care principles and techniques is a plus Please note that this position may require working with individuals who have complex medical needs or cognitive impairments.
