Description: Position Overview: Cabinotch Innovative Solutions Inc., an industry leader in manufacturing and delivering custom cabinet components, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: Order Management: Receive, review, and process incoming orders from customers accurately and promptly, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate. Documentation and Data Entry: Enter order details, customer information, and any relevant data into the company's order management system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for Lead Team managers and Supervisors, addressing inquiries, clarifying order specifications, and resolving any issues or complaints related to order processing. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on orders before shipment to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to customer specifications and company standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and resolve any order-related challenges or discrepancies. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for streamlining and improving order processing workflows, suggesting and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols, while handling confidential customer information and maintaining strict confidentiality. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in order management systems, MS Office Suite, and data entry. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and rectify them promptly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cabinetry or woodworking industry is a major plus, but not required.
