Responsibilities:
• Program Leadership:
• Provide strategic direction for the development and execution of programs and services.
• Innovate and implement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
• Liaison Role:
• Establish and cultivate strong collaborative relationships with referring agencies.
• Act as the primary contact for communication and coordination between agencies.
• Comprehensive Management:
• Oversee personnel, financial elements, and program functions for seamless daily operations.
• Implement and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Regulatory Adherence:
• Ensure strict compliance with all licensure, payer, and accreditation regulations and standards in your designated region.
• Stay abreast of industry changes and adapt policies and procedures accordingly.

• Knowledgeable Professional:
• Demonstrate expertise in expanded principles of program development, fiscal management, and personnel policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Clinical Proficiency:
• Showcase proficiency in the principles and practices of clinical services and effective supervision.
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff.
• Leadership Attributes:

Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
• Possess a master's degree in a human services discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
• Additional certifications or training in program management are a plus.
• Licensing:
• Licensed or License-eligible with the Virginia Board of Counseling, preferred.
• Experience:
• Bring at least 5 years of experience working with children and families in the In-home/Community-based/Therapeutic Foster Care environment.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Pay: Up to $69,5000 , experience based.
