Role As a Processing Operator (also known as Batching Operator, Manufacturing Technician), you'll be responsible for operating a continuous blending/batching process for various products, performing quality checks, managing change over processes, and adhering to safety and waste disposal guidelines. You'll also handle various chemicals used in the batching process and complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in processing/batching manufacturing.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and mathematical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a high-pressure, changing environment.
• Ability to handle constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products, work with unpleasant odours and fumes, and lift 50lbs or greater consistently.
• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator and Level A suit as necessary.
