Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and address their concerns in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system to track work orders and document completed tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
