Position Title: Field Adjustment Specialist
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Salary: $600-$800 per week, based on experience, plus a company gas card
Location: Field-based; requires a reliable vehicle to drive to clients' homes

Job Description:
As a Field Adjustment Specialist, you'll be the frontline representative, ensuring our clients receive the best service and support during challenging times. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Property Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess damages accurately.
• Claim Investigations: Execute meticulous investigations, including on-site inspections, recorded statements, and gathering essential documentation.
• Adjusting Report: Prepare detailed adjusting reports with findings and recommendations for prompt claim settlement, adhering to strict time guidelines.
• Property Restoration: Assist in tarping, shingle repair attempts, and other necessary measures to mitigate damages.
• Site Capture: Complete assessments utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications:
We're seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in property damage assessment or a related field, demonstrating your expertise and understanding of the industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
