Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
• Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in English.
