As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by orchestrating impactful events that drive engagement, foster relationships, and elevate our brand presence, facilitating seamless collaboration with our senior leadership, sales and marketing teams.
Strategic Event Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with organizational goals to enhance brand visibility, drive attendance, and meet sales targets. Negotiate group travel elements of the event.
Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and budget adherence.
Brand Representation: Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent messaging and representation across all event touchpoints.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sate Associations, Colleges, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with overall business objectives.
Experience: Bachelor's degree (preferred not required) in business, marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in event coordination, preferably in a leadership role.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic event plans aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for attendees and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
