Medical Assistants are an essential part of our team and make a real difference in people’s lives. They fulfill both administrative tasks and patient care duties, acting as liaisons between patients and physicians.
A day in the life of a HSO Medical Assistant:
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers
• Room patients and obtain visit information
• Front-office and back-office duties
• Medication and pre-authorizations
You’ve got what it takes to be a HSO Medical Assistant if you:
• Have completed a Medical Assisting program
• Active BLS
Extra dose of awesome if you:
• Have EMR experience
• Are Certified or Registered
