Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Clermont County ESC Local School assigned to New Richmond Exempted Village Schools
About Us: At Clermont County ESC, we are committed to providing exceptional support to students with diverse learning needs. As an RBT in our school setting, you'll play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting students in reaching their educational and behavioral goals.
Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and qualified individuals to serve as RBTs in our educational environment. Ideal candidates will collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support students with behavior challenges; implement behavior intervention plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs); provide one-on-one support and instruction to students with individual education plans (IEPs); collect data on student progress and behavior to inform decision-making and plan adjustments; and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
Qualifications: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become certified; High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience working with individuals with disabilities or in an educational setting preferred; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues; patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude; commitment to promoting inclusion, equity, and diversity in education; meets high-quality state standards or equivalent.
