Construction, Installation, Maintenance, Repair and Abandonment of water well systems and septic systems,
Full time 40 hours per week and some overtime during peak construction season
Must be physically fit, agile and able to lift 60 pounds
Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
Operate equipment safely with safety as a priority - excavator/backhoe/skidsteer and other equipment
Ability to work alone and with others
Not afraid of dirt
Able to shot and work with  elevations
Willing to put in overtime for finishing a job
Have a valid Class A license
Training will be in various forms - on the job, verbally and in group settings.
Work in 60 mile radius of New Ulm
Seasonal work is outdoors work/ off season is repair and maintenance of equipment and vehicles
Additional licenses beneficial - certified pipelayer, limited license plumber, MPCA septic installer
